Any job, big or small, receives the same care and attention when placed with us. The first stage is of course to talk and establish your objectives and business needs and how we can support you in achieving these. We will then provide you with a quotation document that details what we will deliver and possible details and functionality that you may not have considered. Once this has been discussed and agreed we will provide you with a project specification that will detail the scope of the work.

Rather than leaving you in the dark during development and production we will update you regularly on progress and answer any questions you may think of along the way. On delivery, we will provide you with any instructions you need. We will ensure that the dialogue remains open even when we have completed the task requested and keep you informed of new developments that have come along since production.
